Shared Living Provider 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 36 Summer Street, Barre, VT 05641 Pride Supports & Services is actively seeking a Home Provider for a gentleman with a traumatic brain injury and moderate dementia. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work as a member of a team, understand the uniqueness of community-based care, willingness to understand some behavior challenges, maintain consumer confidentiality, submit required documentation in a timely manner, and exhibit positivity and compassion at all times. He has hoarding tendencies. Independent, self administers medication and likes to be out in the public daily. Preferably own living space but a bedroom in a quiet house will work as well. Experience working with traumatic brain injuries is preferred but not required. Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, have a registered and insured vehicle, and a clean and valid driver’s license.
