Live-in Caregiver 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars Brattleboro, VT 05301 Live-In Caregiver Needed for Elderly Individuals- 9 Hours/Day, 1 Day Off/Week, 1 Weekend Off/Quarter We are looking for a compassionate and reliable live-in caregiver with driving capacity to assist our two elderly parents in a warm and supportive home environment in the Brattleboro area. One parent requires continuous support and the other is fairly independent with more intermittent assistance needed. Additional caregivers will take shifts for a team approach.

Hours:
9 hours per day (live-in arrangement)
Time Off:
1 day off per week, plus 1 full weekend off every quarter

ASAP Responsibilities:
Assisting an elderly individual with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) Meal preparation tailored to dietary needs Light housekeeping and laundry Medication reminders and basic health monitoring Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversation and activities Errands and accompanying to appointments Driving locally to various
Requirements:
Prior experience caring for the elderly preferred Kind, patient, and trustworthy Ability to provide references Certifications preferred though not essential CPR, CNA, etc. Driver’s license

Compensation:
