Work Location:

Responsibilities Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and document patients’ health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe living environment, ensuring hygiene standards are met. Offer companionship and support, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere for clients. Assist with medication management and follow care plans as directed.

$17.00 – $19.00 per hour
