Legal Case Manager
Mezrano Law Firm is a growing plaintiffs firm practicing personal injury law. We are looking for a Case Manager to join our team! The Case Manager will provide overall support to attorneys throughout all phases of pre-litigation from the initial case assessment, medical review, demand, to settlement. The Case Manager will communicate directly with clients, providers, and insurance companies as well as oversee the case management process.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple matters at once
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Detail-oriented
Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Previous personal injury case management experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Client communication
Claims coordination
Summarizing medical records
Perform administrative duties
Filing and organization of case files
Documentation of all interactions in company software
