Job Description:
Serve as the principle point of for contact for scheduling families in the FRP program. This person would communicate with custodial, non-custodial parents, and/or guardians to schedule weekly or biweekly supervised visits for families. Also schedule transportation when needed. Work with Program Coordinator to communicate with DHR for client billing, documentation, emails, etc.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly schedules for supervised visitation coaches and security
- Communicate schedule with families and coordinate and reschedule any missed visits
- Assist Program Coordinator with DHR client billing, documentation emails, etc.
- Attend court hearings for families as needed
- Attend weekend visits and serve as the manager on duty during visits
