RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Assist with training and hiring of new staff into a program. Performs other duties as required. Coordinate services, staffing, and other changes that impact client services. Complete work with composure/tact. Adherence to policies/procedures and according to all processes. Facilitate conversations about necessity of consistent services/benefits of service utilization. Assisting parents and providers with all needs/connecting them to other support if outside of staff’s ability to assist. Ability to review and troubleshoot utilization reports to maintain consistency of care.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years working in an office-based setting Previous experience in an Case Management/Family Support related position preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and related computer software Ability to communicate effectively
