We are seeking a Financial Capability Advisor to work 1-on-1 with clients from diverse backgrounds to build financial skills, track progress, and connect them with valuable community resources. This is a great opportunity for someone with case management, financial counseling, or social services experience looking to make a direct impact. You’ll be responsible for: Deliver 1:1 financial coaching to clients on budgeting, saving, debt reduction, and credit improvement Build and maintain a caseload of clients and track their financial progress over time Use tools such as budgeting templates, spending trackers, and goal planners Record client notes and outcome data into Excel spreadsheets and internal systems Support quarterly data reporting on program outcomes and client successes Help plan and promote financial literacy workshops on topics like money management, goal-setting, and emergency savings

Qualifications:

2+ years in case management, coaching, or client support in social services, housing, education, or financial settings Bachelor’s degree preferred (social work, psychology, finance, or related) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (you’ll use templates and spreadsheets regularly) Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills Comfort working with diverse populations and vulnerable communities
