You’ll work directly with the owner, collaborate with a supportive crew, and most importantly, help injured clients regain control of their lives. This is not your average law firm. Compensation:

$50,000 – $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do Manage a caseload from intake through resolution Maintain frequent and compassionate communication with clients Coordinate medical treatment, obtain and organize records and bills Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys in case strategy Negotiate reductions on medical balances and liens Track deadlines and manage documentation using case management software Provide recommendations to attorneys on efficient case resolutions Communicate effectively with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and team members You Might Be a Fit If… You think in terms of timelines, systems, and priorities You love organizing chaos into clarity You follow up persistently until you get answers You’re friendly and professional on the phone You’ve mastered calendars, spreadsheets, and cloud-based legal tools You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball You care about people and want them to feel seen, heard, and supported

Qualifications:
