PERSONAL INJURY CASE MANAGER

Mullokondova and Associates PC Rockville Centre, NY 11570 Fast-paced personal injury firm is seeking a case manager to help with the intake process. The job includes but not limited to communicating with clients, following up on medical treatment, obtaining medical records, gathering and compiling a demand package to be sent to insurance carriers. Must be organized, attentive, great on the phone and eager to learn. The individual must have at least 2 years of experience in an office setting. Background in medical terminology is a plus. Fluent in Spanish is recommended. Duties Conduct thorough data entry and maintain accurate case files using legal management software. Communicate effectively with clients and witnesses to gather information and provide updates on case status. Required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Familiarity with environmental law is preferred but not required. Experience with legal case management software is highly desirable. Proficiency in data entry and document management practices. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
