Job Description
Case Manager Patrick C Weber PA Naples, FL 34112 Case manager position that will include data entry, applying for government benefits, in person visits with clients, some travel outside of the county, communication with clients, family and providers. You will be on call with a work line that is provided. We are looking for team player who is willing to help others and be part of the office family.
