In this role, you will provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services in community settings, such as clients’ homes or other agreed-upon public locations. PSR services are typically provided in person unless circumstances require alternative arrangements. You’ll have the opportunity to work face-to-face in both home and community settings. In this role, you’ll focus on empowering clients by helping them build essential skills in Independent Living, Social, and Vocational Skills . Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Food Planning and Preparation Money Management and Budgeting Maintenance of the Living Environment Hygiene Training Training in the Appropriate Use of Community Services Establishing Social Supports Vocational Training and Workshops This is a “Fee-for-Service” independently contracted position. We’re looking for candidates who have dependable transportation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 10 clients.

Job Types:

Part-Tim and Full-time Contract Positions Part-Time – Must hold consistent sessions with a minimum of 10 cases and above weekly. Full-Time – Must hold consistent sessions with a minimum of 15 cases and above weekly.

Part-Time and Full-Time Caseloads Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, Education, or any related Social Service field. A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Ability to commute to clients’ homes and community settings. Comfortable providing face-to-face services with clients in their homes or community settings. Capacity to maintain a minimum caseload of 10-15 clients per week. Availability and flexibility to schedule multiple clients and maintain a caseload of 15 clients per week . Willingness to meet with clients one-on-one and in group settings for 2-5 hours per week. Willing to transport clients or accompany them on group and community outings. Participate in at least one group session per month with multiple clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a PSR Specialist , you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with clients and families to support their goals and promote growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and providing consistent weekly services for 6 months of treatment. Meeting 2-5 hours per week face-to-face with clients and families, focusing on skill development based on the client’s treatment plan. Building rapport and trust with clients and families to support goal achievement. Documenting client progress, collaborating with Mental Health Therapists, and engaging with all team members involved in the client’s treatment. Communicating effectively with leadership, administrative staff, and community agencies. Submitting billing and progress notes on time, following Florida Medicaid guidelines. Attending monthly supervision meetings and training provided by PBS to enhance your professional skills and knowledge. Using skill-building interventions to help clients meet their goals. Comfortably working independently and with clients aged 12 and older . Adhering to all company policies and procedures .

Preferences:

Proficient in two or more languages. Availability and flexibility to schedule multiple clients to maintain a minimum caseload of 10-15 clients/week. Candidates are passionate about social services.
