You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships. You will utilize your skills in customer service and case management to drive client satisfaction and settle legal cases. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with clients to provide tailored solutions. This position also includes bi-weekly bonuses via performance. Duties Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Manage a client’s claim from start until settled by providing the manufacturer documents and following up on our demand to the manufacturer until the cliam is settled. Interprit and relay offers. Send counter offers and settle the prelitigation claim. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Also communicate with oposing party and our attorneys. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support through our app. Requirements Proven experience in customer service and legal case management. The ability to manage multiple claims. Familiarity with Clio or similar CRM systems is preferred. Microsoft Office Applications and Google Spreadsheets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
