The Case Manager Supervisor will oversee the Targeted Case Management staff that provides case management services for children and their families, according to intervention strategies approved by Agape Network and Medicaid.

Loved and faith-based mission, respect for diversity; going through expansion and growth Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform monthly chart reviews to ensure Medicaid compliance. Monitor the completion of all TCM assessments and paperwork such as service plans, and service plan reviews at the time requested in the Medicaid manual. Coordinate weekly supervision of TCM staff. Ensure that TCM manuals are complete and accurate as deemed necessary. Monitor that all Targeted Case Managers turn in timesheets, weekly and on time along with all completed paperwork that coincides with the time sheet. Monitor Targeted Case Managers’ compliance with providing services for assigned caseloads. Ensure that the agency continues to have enough staff to provide services for referrals. Attend agency training and meetings when deemed necessary. Assist with departmental projects when necessary. Interview prospective employees for targeted case management positions. Complete Departmental reports as requested by the Director. Ensure that each employee has all pertinent paperwork necessary for files. Any other duties deemed necessary.

Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work, plus one year of experience working with severely emotionally disturbed children. At least one year of experience with targeted case management is a plus. Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
