Job Summary Our client is seeking an Intake Case Manager to support the intake process for clients seeking services. The position primarily involves assisting case managers with administrative tasks, preparing intake documentation such as incoming pre-authorization requests, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate client data entry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and passionate about helping others. Key Responsibilities Assist with the intake process by preparing forms, collecting documentation, and verifying client information. Answer phone calls and respond to intake-related inquiries. Schedule intake assessments and follow-up appointments. Enter and update client information in case management systems and databases. Maintain organized digital and paper files in compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards (HIPAA). Support Case Management Manager with data tracking and reporting. Help clients understand the intake process and provide referrals when needed. Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and document filing.
