Key Responsibilities:
Gain an understanding of various immigration case types and internal processes Assist with case preparation, including gathering and reviewing documents, drafting petitions, and filing with government agencies Communicate clearly and professionally with foreign nationals and client contacts regarding case status and general inquiries Manage deadlines and ensure adherence to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Compile and analyze data in case management systems for reporting purposes Contribute to team and individual productivity goals Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and a commitment to continuous learning Ensure compliance with all internal standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification, or relevant experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role Strong client service orientation and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and escalate issues as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in proofreading and professional drafting Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with case management systems is a plus Collaborative mindset and a positive attitude toward teamwork
