This position trains for an eventual move to a highly sought Case Manager position. Compensation for this role starts at $20 per hour. Responsibilities Shadow Case Managers Order medical records from providers Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carries Investigate the nature and facts of cases Learn to negotiate deductions of outstanding medical balances with providers Prepare documents and correspondence necessary to reach a settlement in each case Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
