Insurance Case Manager Position Available In Orange, Florida

Insurance Case Manager True Life Care Orlando, FL We are seeking a motivated Case Manager / Referral Partner to assist in identifying and referring potential clients interested in life insurance, health insurance (ACA/Medicare), and retirement planning services. You will not be selling insurance — your primary role is to introduce and refer qualified individuals to a licensed insurance agent. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity, perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and helping them find trusted financial and healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

Identify individuals who may benefit from life, health, or retirement planning services. Introduce and refer potential clients to the agent via email, phone, or text. Create warm introductions (basic info + agreed interest). Maintain simple tracking of referrals made. Follow compliance guidelines — no insurance sales, quoting, or advice.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, outgoing, and organized. Previous experience in healthcare, social work, patient services, community outreach, sales, or customer service is a plus. Must be able to represent services professionally and ethically. (No insurance license required — this is a referral/marketing role only.)
