Training Details Mandatory Training:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM CST (must attend 100%) After Training need to be flexible 7am•7pm hours CST . Start date 9/8/2025 Remote Intake Case Manager Overview you will be the main point of contact throughout a patient’s care journey—from benefit verification to medication delivery. You will work closely with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and payers to ensure a seamless experience and fast access to treatment. Remote Intake Case Manager Responsibilities Manage end-to-end patient care process with urgency and accuracy. Conduct benefit verifications and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Assist with insurance, prior authorization, and appeal processes. Help patients understand coverage and out-of-pocket costs. Address patient inquiries and follow up on requests for assistance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines. Process enrollments via fax, phone, and electronic systems. Review forms/documentation for completeness and accuracy. Handle incoming calls from patients, providers, and customers with the goal of one-call resolution. Remote Intake Case Manager Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in a patient-facing or customer service role preferred. Previous experience in Hub services or patient support services preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Familiarity with insurance types:

Medicare (A, B, C, D), Medicaid, and commercial plans preferred. Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Robust computer and data entry skills, including Microsoft Office. Knowledge of pharmaceutical therapies and medication adherence preferred. Remote Patient Case Manager Work Requirements Dedicated, quiet, and private work environment. High-speed wired internet connection required (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or cellular networks).
