We are expanding and seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Damage Case Manager to join our team. Position Overview:

As an Auto Property Damage Case Manager, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of our clients’ property damage claims. This includes working directly with insurance companies, adjusters, body shops, and rental car providers to ensure our clients’ vehicles are repaired or replaced in a timely and fair manner. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients during the property damage phase of their case.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and manage property damage claims with clients’ own insurance companies. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather documentation. Coordinate vehicle repairs, total loss evaluations, and rental car coverage. Negotiate with insurance adjusters to resolve vehicle valuations and repair issues. Track timelines and follow up to ensure prompt resolution of claims. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes in our case management system. Provide exceptional customer service with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.

Requirements:

Experience working in property damage, insurance claims, or legal support strongly preferred. Familiarity with auto insurance processes and terminology. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and meet deadlines. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
