Job Summary:
As our Full-Time Supportive Housing Case Manager you will provide independent living opportunities and support services to severely and persistently mentally ill adults. The primary goal is to develop and adopt approaches to supportive housing that take into account cultural, psychosocial, and economic differences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field. Bilingual preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience working with high mental health, high psych, trauma, and unhoused population with substance misuse issues.
