Job Description

Case Manager Battle Law, PLLC Clearwater, FL 33755 We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of personal injury claims, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support throughout the process. This role involves coordinating medical treatments, gathering and reviewing evidence, liaising with insurance companies, and assisting attorneys with case preparation. The Case Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and a smooth case progression from intake to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
Case Management:

Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from initial intake to final resolution. Ensure that all necessary documentation, evidence, and medical records are gathered and properly filed.

Client Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of their case status and answering any questions they may have.

Insurance Liaison:

Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and medical providers to ensure timely processing of claims and benefits.

Medical Coordination:

Assist clients in scheduling medical appointments, follow-up treatments, and diagnostic tests. Ensure medical records and bills are submitted correctly.

Case Evaluation:

Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of cases, identifying any potential issues that may arise during the litigation process.

Documentation & Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate and detailed case files, documenting all communications and actions taken. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Settlement Negotiation:

Assist in negotiating settlements on behalf of clients, working with attorneys and insurance adjusters to achieve fair compensation.

Legal Support:

Assist attorneys in the preparation of cases, including drafting legal documents, filing motions, and preparing trial exhibits as needed.

Client Advocacy:

Provide emotional support and advocacy for clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are fully informed and comfortable with the case progress.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury claims management or a related field. Prior experience working with law firms, insurance companies, or medical providers is preferred.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of personal injury law, claims processes, and insurance practices.

Skills:

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to

Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Technology:

High school diploma required. Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in paralegal studies, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
