Position Overview As a Case Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact forassigned clients, overseeing the administrative aspects of theircase journey. You’ll work closely with the legal team to collect,organize, and manage case details, facilitating communication andsupporting the settlement process. This role requires aclient-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and acollaborative spirit to drive efficient caseprogression.
ResponsibilitiesClient Care & Communication Conduct weekly follow-up calls with clients, providingproactive updates on case status. Respond to incoming client calls, address questions, andcollaborate with the legal team to resolve any concerns (non-legaladvice only).Case Documentation Coordinate with clients to gather necessary bills, records, anddocuments related to their case. Prepare documentation for settlement negotiations and draftdemand letters for attorney review. Generate and send essential correspondence, including requestsfor bills and records, MedPay letters, and Subrogation letters.
CaseManagement & Coordination Manage assigned caseload efficiently through effective timemanagement and organizational strategies. Facilitate communication between medical providers, adjusters,and relevant third parties to gather necessary caseinformation. Collaborate with attorneys to strategize on potential conflictsor concerns in client cases. Support the legal team and contribute to firm-wide efforts inclient service.
Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degreepreferred. Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer-centric role,preferably within a legal environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CaseManagement software (e.g., FileVine) is advantageous. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and experience with autoinsurance claims is beneficial. Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on documentationaccuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High standards of integrity and confidentiality. Demonstrates commitment to quality and accountability in alltasks.
