Case Manager 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Dawsonville, GA 30534 This position is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and case management support for the Dawson County Treatment Court and reports directly to the Program Coordinator. This position provides support for the Treatment Court Coordinator in the day-to-day operations of Treatment Court Program. This position is responsible for the tracking of participant progress, data collection, data dissemination, and accurate and timely maintenance of all spreadsheets. This position will prepare, update, and maintain participant files, as well as maintain databases and tracking systems for the Treatment Court Program. An acute attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations are essential, maintaining confidentiality of all offenders and office information as required by federal and state law. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Two years of administrative or case management experience and any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills. Experience working with the criminal justice population. Must be familiar with HIPAA and Federal Confidentiality Rule 42CFR regulations. Recordkeeping skills including participant records, treatment notes, case plans, budgets, and Microsoft Excel proficiency including spreadsheet creation and maintenance. Must be detail-oriented, work well under pressure and in the fast-paced environment of the courts under limited supervision. Possess a valid Georgia driver license and maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
