Case Manager/Negotiator Bey & Associates, LLC 191 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30303 Job Description Bey & Associates, LLC is a prominent personal injury law firm based in Atlanta, GA that focuses on premise liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. We are looking for a full-time Case Manager/Negotiator with experience in personal injury, for the Atlanta, Georgia office. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in negotiating settlements with insurance adjusters. Responsibilities Communicating with clients Negotiating claims with insurance adjusters Negotiating medical bill reductions Preparing closing documents for clients Drafting Demands and Counter Demands Following up and requesting medical bills Utilizing Filevine for Case Management Teamwork with fellow co-workers Requirements Excellent people skills Exceptional verbal and written skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities to meet deadlines Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Well organized and detail oriented Familiarity with relevant laws in the areas of personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal software Knowledge of medical terms Knowledge of insurance coverage types and policies Professional and respectful communication with co-workers Forty hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
