Job Summary:

The Personal Injury Case Manager will manage all aspects of a personal injury case from inception to settlement. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury cases, strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions. Open new personal injury cases, gather information from clients, and maintain case files. Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the case. Draft correspondence and legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements. Monitor medical treatment progress and medical records collection. Negotiate medical bills, liens, and other settlements as necessary. Support attorneys by handling all administrative aspects of a case. Keep clients informed and updated on their case status in a compassionate and understanding manner.

Qualifications:

Minimum of [3] years of experience as a case manager in personal injury law. Knowledge of legal procedures and personal injury case management. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple cases and work under pressure. Proficiency with legal case management software.
