The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property values, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing budgets and maintenance schedules. Along with creating, implementing and monitoring case planning to help assist residents in meeting their goals. Some knowledge in social services that will provide assistance in developing case plans, with the ability in interdisciplinary care. Must be able to facilitate regular meeting with residents to ensure that they are advancing in their case plan while honoring program guidelines. Duties Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties Handle lease agreements, renewals and move-ins/move-outs inspections Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns and emergencies Coordinate property maintenance, repairs and vendor services Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and vendors services Rent collections, enforce lease terms and handle evictions when necessary Collaborate with others in the organization to coordinate services Maintain accurate and up to date case records Schedule regular client sessions Implement and review case plans Schedule regular client sessions (minimum of 1x per month) to review progress, address concerns, ensure rent is submitted on time etc. Conduct random home inspections to ensure homes are well maintain Conduct random drug screening Serve as a mediator between resident if/when household issue arise Other duties as assigned Requirements Proven experience in property management or related field Strong knowledge of property leasing practices and conflict management strategies Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to travel between properties and handle emergency on-calls Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Join our team as a Property Case Manager where you can make a significant impact on our community where we seek to lead individuals and families on an uninterrupted journey to self-sufficiency by leading with Light, Hope & Transformation!
