• This position is a full-time contract opportunityResponsibilities
• Manage the entire care process with urgency—frombenefit verification to medication delivery—ensuring a seamlesspatient experience
• Conduct benefit verifications and collaboratewith physicians, specialty pharmacies, and insurers
• Assist inobtaining insurance coverage, prior authorizations, and managingappeal outcomes
• Educate patients on insurance coverage, includingout-of-pocket costs and appeals guidance
• Address patientinquiries and resolve concerns related to access and support
• Staycurrent on payer landscapes (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial plans)and plan for reimbursement changes
• Process enrollments via phone,fax, and electronic platforms
• Review and verify accuracy ofpatient forms and documentation
• Manage incoming calls frompatients, providers, and other partners, striving for one-callresolution Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in patient-facingor customer interaction roles, preferably within a healthcare orpharmacy support setting
• High School Diploma or equivalentrequired
• Hub or Patient Support Services experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of insurance plans including Medicare (A, B, C,D), Medicaid, and Commercial payers
• Excellent communication,empathy, problem-solving, and mediation skills
• Proficiency indata entry and MS Office tools
• Familiarity with pharmaceuticaltherapies, medication adherence, and disease state management is aplus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionRemote Work Requirements
