Lead Case Manager Inspire Georgia 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 731 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30308 [Bilingual Strongly Preferred] Lead Case Manager Inspire Georgia The Lead Case Manager is responsible for coordinating case management and the safe and timely release services for minors. She/he will supervise all case managers and collaborate with the lead clinician to ensure that all case managers have the resources and support they need to provide successful services.
Position Details:
Full Time employee, eligible for benefits Department Children and Family Services Resources, monitors, and assures program staff maintain compliance with all agency and program requirements to delivery successful case management services. Reports to Inspire Georgia Program Director Located in Atlanta, GA Mostly Virtual/Remote with some on-site required, Travel (0 25%) Monday through Friday; 8:30AM 5:00PM Annual Compensation is $65,000/annum.
Responsibilities:
Assists program leadership with the development, daily implementation, supervision, and coordination of program services. Conducts timely quarterly peer reviews of records in compliance with Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI)/Quality Assurance (QA) activities of the agency. Ensures ongoing compliance with state licensing regulations, ADA, and all regulatory requirements and reports unsanitary or unsafe conditions. Attends all residential and non-residential staff meetings as requested and assigned to provide leadership, support, and encouragement to all clients, interns, and volunteers assigned to the program. Oversees the selection, training, and utilization of interns and volunteers assigned to the program. Prepares and submits reports and statistical data on current trends and issues in the childcare field to provide emergency supervision/care of clients as needed. Coordinates requests by individuals/groups to visit the program without interfering with the resident’s right to privacy. Completes required administrative tasks and keep related administrative records.
Qualifications:
Must have a masters degree in the behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields or bachelor’s degree with at least three years of progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory case management. Computer skills, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Extended Reach, electronic databases. Excellent oral and written communication skills and success working in a culturally and socioeconomically diverse environment with a high level of cultural competence. (Bilingual strongly preferred) Ability to take initiative, work within a team and work independently. Excellent computer skills, accurate typing, and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong team building and leadership skills.
