Legal Case Manager The Law Office Atlanta, GA 30354 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various areas of law, including but not limited to Workers Compensation, Social Security, and Personal Injury. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively while providing executive administrative support. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between clients and attorneys, ensuring that all legal processes are followed efficiently. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely progress and resolution of legal matters. Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information for case preparation. Assist attorneys in legal case management by organizing documents, maintaining files, and tracking deadlines. Prepare case summaries and reports for attorney review. Support litigation processes by coordinating schedules, preparing exhibits, and filing documents with the court. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding case status and next steps. Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and regulations throughout the case management process. Requirements Proven experience in legal case management or as a paralegal is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong interviewing skills to effectively gather information from clients. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for client interactions and documentation.
