CASE MANAGER

to join our onsite team in Atlanta, GA. (1 Day WFH after 90 days) This position requires candidates to be currently working for a

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience serving as a case manager for a personal injury law firm. (1 of those years working PI cases in the state of GA!) Must have at least one job stint lasting 3 years or more at the same company within the past 10 years. Must reside within 45 minutes of

Job Responsibilities:

Drafting legal documents, deposition notices, discovery requests, discovery responses, etc. E-filing with courts. Administrative duties such as requesting medical records, maintaining client files, etc. Maintaining calendars for all deadlines related to a caseload. Ability to prioritize work from more than one attorney. Candidate must be able to handle bodily injury cases from start to finish. You will be communicating daily with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. Salary and Benefits packages are highly competitive for the Atlanta, GA area.
