(ADI) is seeking a Case Manager (CM). ADI is a nonprofit that strives to improve the lives of persons with disabilities in the middle Georgia area. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter that has a passion for the work and improving the quality of life for the people we support. Case manage the People We Serve by creating schedules, completing paperwork, managing doctor appointments and home life, and assisting staff with meaningful outings
Requirements:
Must have earned BA/BS (Bachelor’s degree) A minimum of three years experience working with people with disabilities. At least one year supervisory experience. A minimum of two years of DBHDD and DCH experience. Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Therap, Provider Connect, ) We are an equal opportunity employer.
