Job duties include but not limited to: Client intake, keeping up with client compliance, filing, putting together new client charts, communicating with Medicaid case managers, VA Case Managers, answering multiple phone lines, being on call once every 4 weeks. Working closely with RN to schedule client admissions and making sure they are on track with their client compliance. Pay based upon experience and will be discussed with Administrator during interview.
