Legal Case Manager (Personal Injury) Crisp Dallas, GA 30157 Our client is a personal injury law firm based in Dallas, GA. They have over 30 years of combined experience and a strong reputation for securing maximum compensation for accident victims across the Southeast. Known for its personal, family-like approach, the firm is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support clients throughout their entire legal journey—from intake to settlement. This role involves managing a caseload of 80 to 100 clients, handling case calendars, providing updates, answering questions, collecting medical records and billing, scheduling appointments, and ensuring follow-ups are completed. You’ll be a key point of contact, offering support and guidance every step of the way. What you’ll do: Manage full case lifecycle: intake → fact gathering → treatment coordination → negotiation → settlement → payment Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance and support throughout their case Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties to ensure treatment aligns with injuries Coordinate and follow up on client medical treatment and educate clients when needed Order and track medical records, bills, and other key documents independently Draft and send essential case documents (e.g., Letters of Representation, Demands) Set up and maintain accurate digital and physical case files from start to finish Confidently handle incoming client calls and determine if potential cases are a good fit for the firm Assist attorneys in negotiations and manage financial aspects of cases within provided guidelines Use CRM software (FileVine experience preferred) and maintain strong computer skills Client check-ins at least once every 30 days Timely collection of medical records and bills Prompt submission of demand packages What we’re looking for:

Personal Injury Experience:

3-4+ years of case management experience in personal injury law

Client Advocacy:

Strong understanding of how to support and advocate for clients through their legal journey

Proven Results:

Track record of delivering client satisfaction, quick case turnaround, and positive financial outcomes for the firm

Caseload Management:

Comfortable managing 80-100+ active cases simultaneously

Proactive & Driven:

Tech-Savvy:

Familiar with legal CRMs like Filevine (or similar), plus GSuite and Microsoft 365
