The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families by providing comprehensive case management services. This position requires a strong background in social work and behavioral health, with a focus on crisis intervention and support for diverse populations. The Case Manager will work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized care plans, ensuring access to necessary resources and services. This is a 1099 position that will last 90 days, if things go well this position could be extended beyond that. The position doesn’t come with benefits or insurance. Duties Assist with collateral contacts, service authorizations, going into the field with a case manager and potentially at times without for a follow up visit, completing the documentation from the visit they shadowed on or completed, etc. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Experience in social work or behavioral health settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of child welfare systems, workforce development programs, and crisis intervention strategies. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively. Proficient in motivational interviewing techniques and crisis management practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in case management.
