Early Steps Case Manager The First Step 2 Gretna, LA 70053 Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children and their families? We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated Early Steps Case Manager with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
Connect monthly with parents/guardians of children (ages 0-3) Coordinate with therapists to ensure appropriate services are being delivered Organize and lead periodic meetings with service providers and families to review and coordinate care plans Keep accurate records and ensure timely filing of client documentation Stay organized, manage priorities, and meet deadlines Participate in required trainings and professional development
