Job Description
Are you passionate about helping individuals and families achievehousing stability and long-term success? We’re looking for a full-timeHousing Stabilization Mentor to support participants in reaching theirgoals and overcoming barriers related to housing, employment, andeducation. This is a Full Time, Direct Hire role with a starting salaryof $41,600.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one support and mentoringto households in stabilization programs
- Help participants create andfollow plans for self-sufficiency
- Conduct regular check-ins, goaltracking, and income reviews
- Coordinate with community resources andservice providers
- Maintain accurate case notes and program records
- Assist with housing intake and referrals as needed
What We’re LookingFor:
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Compassionateand able to work with diverse and at-risk populations
- Comfortableusing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior case management orsocial service experience is a plus
Qualifications:
- High schooldiploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
