As a Case Manager Supervisor for our HOUSE (Helping Others until Self-Empowered) program, you’ll oversee case management operations for families in the Emergency Assistance (EA) Family Shelter program. You’ll provide leadership, supervision, and support to a team of case managers while ensuring high-quality, client-centered service delivery. What You’ll Do As the Case Manager Supervisor, you’ll play an essential role in managing the day-to-day operations of the program: Supervise and support a team of Case Managers, ensuring effective service delivery to families experiencing homelessness. Lead program orientation for new employees and conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings for supervision and professional development. Monitor client caseloads and ensure timely, appropriate housing support through the development of service plans. Ensure compliance with EOHLC policies and documentation standards; ensure accurate data entry into Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) software. Stay up to date on Emergency Assistance shelter policy and procedural changes and provide updated knowledge of any program or regulation changes to case managers. Support crisis intervention and coordinate services for families moving from the emergency shelter into permanent housing. Oversee payroll and timekeeping for your team, including approvals for timesheets, attendance, and time off. Connect clients to community resources for long-term housing stability, including employment, public assistance, and educational opportunities. Maintain clear and timely communication with the Program Director to ensure alignment with program goals and client progress. What You Bring to the Table BA/BS in Human Services preferred; experience in housing and homelessness services required Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in ETO software, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to supervise, coach, and support a team of case managers Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation A reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license required Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and quality service delivery
