Hours:

~30 hours/week

Pay :

$25-45 depending on experience

Position Summary:

The Wellness Clinic Enrollment and Case Management Support reports to the Wellness clinic director and provides short-term case management and culturally appropriate support to newly arrived refugees and immigrants experiencing stress, trauma, or emotional challenges. This position is non-clinical and focuses on connecting clients to essential services, completing wellness assessments, and assisting with care coordination in collaboration with the STAR Wellness Clinic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach and follow-up with referred individuals/families (phone, video, text, or in-person) Provide case management and help clients access services such as healthcare, housing, food, education, legal aid, and more Complete client assessments and individualized wellness plans Address barriers such as transportation or childcare to ensure service access Track short-term goals and complete required documentation Collaborate with interpreters as needed Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing ORR training

Qualifications:

English fluency required; Spanish or other language fluency (Pashto, Dari, Swahili, etc.) preferred Experience working with refugee or immigrant populations Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with community resources and basic behavioral health concepts Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or relevant work experience in human services or related field Reliable transportation and tech proficiency (Zoom, Google Docs, etc.)

Note:

This is a temporary, part-time role with the possibility of hybrid work and continuation beyond September, depending on funding availability and job performance. Flexible work from home options available.
