CBHI Main Office is located inChicopee, MA. We are hiring staff willing to travel/work with clients inthe Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden counties!

Position Summary:

TheTherapeutic Training & Support Staff at River Valley Counseling Center(RVCC) delivers in-home, community-based therapeutic support tochildren, adolescents, and families. This role focuses onskill-building, behavior management, care coordination, and supportingclinical treatment plans through direct services, referrals, and crisisintervention. The TT&S works collaboratively with clinicians, maintainstimely and accurate documentation, and demonstrates cultural competencewhile helping families access needed resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Tosupport all aspects of RVCC?s Mission statement & clientele Provide highquality in home therapeutic training and support services tochildren/adolescents and their families Provide in-home services (home,clinic and community settings) to youth/family at least twice per weekor as clinically indicated Assist youth and family inobtaining/maintaining linkages with outpatient treatment by assistingwith attending OP appointments Provide care coordination and referralsto services and agencies as appropriate Support parent and youthskill-building, mentoring and behavior management training as part ofthe treatment plan Provide client transportation as needed to addresscare coordination and treatment needs Maintain a direct serviceproductivity of 70% of available time Write progress notes written inmanner that reflects progress being made toward treatment goals andsubmit progress notes within 24 hours of service delivery Supportclinician with intake paperwork, Safety Plan and discharge planningAttend in-services or meetings as assigned or directed.

Qualifications:

Required:

Education Level – Bachelor?s degree in a related field. Yearsof Experience – At least one year of experience in the human servicefield, skilled in parenting education and experience working withchildren and families, broad knowledge of mental illness diagnoses,behavioral modification techniques/coping mechanisms and familiaritywith internet, word processing and email systems.
