Protective Services Case Manager – Bilin Position Available In Hampden, Massachusetts

Full-time, 35 hours per week NOT Hybrid Protective Services CaseManager – Bilingual English/Spanish Full-time position in ProtectiveServices Unit of Elder Services Agency. Duties include intake,investigation, service plans and monitoring cases of abuse and neglectof elders. Requires home visits, knowledge of community resources,ability to work with families, case writing, record keeping and wordprocessing skills. Must have valid driver’s license, reliabletransportation and be available for rotating on-call duties. Excellentbenefits package.

Minimum Qualifications:

Masters or higher degree froman accredited school in social work, psychology, counseling, humandevelopment, nursing, sociology, criminal justice, public health, publicpolicy, or gerontology, and at least one year of experience incounseling, casework, case management, preferably in a ProtectiveServices or crisis intervention role; or (b) A Bachelors’ degree froman accredited school in social work, psychology, counseling, humandevelopment, nursing, sociology, criminal justice, public health, publicpolicy, or gerontology, and at least two years of experience incounseling, casework or case management providing protective or crisisintervention services. Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairsFluency in English and Spanish required. LSW preferred. Travelreimbursement is $0.62/mile
