Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing and delivering
- residential services
- in compliance with MaineCare and other regulatory standards
- Maintaining
- ongoing knowledge of federal and state regulations
- and ensuring service compliance
- Providing
- support and oversight
- for Program Managers and service locations
- Participating in
- service intake and authorization
- processes
- Supporting Person
- Centered Planning
- development and service planning
- Conducting
- onsite visits
- and maintaining regular contact with service locations
- Being available for
- on-callsupport
- to assist staff
- Maintaining accurate
- records and documentation
- as required by the agency and the Office of Aging and Disability Services.
- The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Bachelors degree
- in social services from an accredited institution (required)
- At least
- 3 years of related experience in residential services
- or social services
- At least
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong
- decision-making abilities
