• Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing and delivering
• residential services
• in compliance with MaineCare and other regulatory standards
• Maintaining
• ongoing knowledge of federal and state regulations
• and ensuring service compliance
• Providing
• support and oversight
• for Program Managers and service locations
• Participating in
• service intake and authorization
• processes
• Supporting Person
• Centered Planning
• development and service planning
• Conducting
• onsite visits
• and maintaining regular contact with service locations
• Being available for
• on-callsupport
• to assist staff
• Maintaining accurate
• records and documentation
• as required by the agency and the Office of Aging and Disability Services.
• The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Bachelors degree
• in social services from an accredited institution (required)
• At least
• 3 years of related experience in residential services
• or social services
• At least
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong
• decision-making abilities
• , both independently and as part of a team
• Discretion in handling
• confidential information
• Effective
• communication skills
• and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to
• prioritize, manage, and complete multiple tasks
