Position Overview:

KidsPeace is hiring a Case Manager to join our Maine residential team. In this role, you will coordinate services, advocate for youth, and foster partnerships with families, schools, providers, and system agencies. We value hands-on experience — a degree is not required.

Schedule:

Flexible Monday through Friday daytime hours

Key Responsibilities:

Manage an assigned caseload of youth, coordinating services and supports
Facilitate monthly case reviews and Service Team meetings
Build effective relationships with clients, guardians, schools, providers, and agencies
Accurately document visits, referrals, and communications
Advocate for youth and monitor quality of care through feedback and collaboration
Work with internal multidisciplinary teams, including Service and Evaluation Teams
Identify and develop community resources and natural support systems
Provide crisis support, including trained safety interventions when necessary

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in human services, case management, behavioral health, education, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, youth-centered environment
Willingness and ability to participate in approved safety and restraint protocols (training provided)
