Responsibilities:
•This position will be responsible for providing a wide range of social services at all levels of social work practice. The incumbent will be responsible for working within agencies, society and the profession with clients and related systems; interview, assess and provide counseling for the needs of the client and family; provide referrals to other resources; review service plans and perform follow-ups to determine the status of client’s case; maintain records and prepare reports; perform other duties that may be assigned by the Program Director•
Qualifications:
•Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree in Social WorkLicensed Social Worker preferred.
At least three (3) years’ experience in a human service field.
