experience with the population served or a degree other than human services with four years of full-time post graduate experience. QP’s responsibilities include complete the initial development and ongoing revision of the pcp and ensuring it’s implementation, development of youth and family coping skills, crisis management and intensive case management. Provide parenting skills training, work with youth and family to implement home-based behavioral support plans. Provide psycho-education to the youth, family and caregivers. Defuse the current crisis, evaluate its nature, and intervene to reduce recurrence. Provide first responder 24/7/365 availability for on-call assistance to consumers and families.
