MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• LCSW; MSW degree; BLS; Handle with Care cert; 1st Evaluation credentialed; 2 years case management experience in an inpatient psych setting

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT

• 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK

• M-F 8A
• 6:30P. Every other weekend.
