Over the years, our practice areas have expanded to include trusts and estates, adoption, mediation, immigration and more. As our areas of practice grow, so does our footprint across the Carolinas. We are seeking a Case Coordinator for our Charlotte, NC office who can support our firm, managing our client intake, scheduling consultations or brief telephone calls clients and attorneys, and confirming that no member of the firm has a “conflict of interest” with the representation, in accordance with the North Carolina and South Carolina State Bar. Our case coordinators use their best judgement and experience in insuring that the client gets to the right attorney for the best resolution. The Case Coordinator position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families while working within a supportive team environment. Our Case Coordinators are organized, have strong interpersonal skills, self-motivators, comfortable working independently, can manage competing priorities and have the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Act as the first point of contact for all clients by coordinating intake procedures of all clients/potential clients. Schedule initial consultations for all attorneys based on their area of practice. Run internal conflict checks for the firm and send out consultation confirmations. Capture and track metrics relevant to the case coordination process. Draft fee agreements for potential clients to retain representation.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual in Spanish is a plus 2+ years of Customer Service Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills specifically in high stress and emotional situations. Outstanding candidates for this position should be: Creative and able to think outside of the box. Organized Energetic Problem solvers with the ability to identify solutions.
