Community Support Professional (Qualified Professional) Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

Community Support Professional (Qualified Professional) Primary Care Solutions Inc. 5601 Executive Center Drive, Charlotte, NC 28212 We’re seeking dedicated behavioral/mental health professionals with at least one (1) year of experience supporting the adult mental health population; additional experience with the adult substance abuse population preferred.

• Must meet one of the following combinations of education and experience:

Education:

must have Bachelor’s degree at least Graduate of a college or university with a Masters degree in a human service field with less than one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated

MH/DD/SA

experience with the population served. Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a human service field with less than two years of full-time, post-bachelor’s degree accumulated

MH/DD/SA

experience with the population served Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a field other than human services with less than four years of full-time, post-bachelor’s degree accumulated

MH/DD/SA

experience with the population served. Role responsibilities may include, but are not limited to supporting the adult population by ways of:

• Triage for access to community-based treatment;
• Delivery of behavioral interventions, using the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model
• Case Management includes all paperwork for Medicaid and Targeted Community Living
• Crisis Management Individuals in this position are expected to be on-call 24 hours a day for crisis response.
