Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years’ proven experience as a Case Manager in a medical, healthcare, or legal office setting, particularly with personal injury cases. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, treatments, and procedures Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, medical staff, and legal professionals. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software preferred.
