Desired Experience:

Previous law firm experience Data entry or case management in another field This position is full time: Weekdays M-Th 8-5pm and Fridays 8-4pm. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in both English and Spanish. Assist in data entry and documentation related to personal injury cases. Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients and gather necessary information. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal standards. Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and support the law office’s operations. Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer skills to manage case files efficiently.
