Crotched Mountain School (CMS), a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, hosts innovative special education, recreation, arts, music, and vocational programming for students, aged 5-21, who are on the autism spectrum, and/or have disabilities and other challenges that are better supported in an alternative, least-restrictive environment to their local public school system. Students have the option to live year-round in the appointed residences on the sprawling campus located in Greenfield, New Hampshire. Situated on thousands of acres of preserved habitat, CMS offers a therapeutic environment in which students are encouraged to explore and thrive.

Pay Rate:

$55,000-$60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary advocate for students, ensuring they receive the support they need. Coordinate Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Individual Service Plans (ISPs). Work closely with families, schools, courts, and community agencies. Facilitate communication between students, caregivers, and external stakeholders. Support students’ transition across academic, residential, and medical services.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in a related field (Bachelor’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in human services (children’s congregate care). Strong communication and organizational skills.
