Legal Case Manager Position Available In [Unknown county], New Jersey

Legal Case Manager Cohen & Bernstein New Jersey • Remote Cohen and Bernstein is a law firm that handles municipal, traffic, and criminal court matters in NJ and NY. We are looking for a full-time case manager that is able to work between the hours of 9 am – 5 pm. Must be fluent in Spanish. While this is a fully remote position, we do require that you reside in NJ.

Legal Case Manager Job Description:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Answer calls- must be extremely comfortable handling client inquiries File letters of representation with respective courts Liaison with Courts and Clients on such things as Scheduling of Hearings Draft documents to be filed with the court General clerical work and data entry including Scanning Documentation, Sending out mail, and Updating CRM system. Keep up to date on daily assigned tasks per case

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish Prior Law Firm Experience a plus Zoho CRM Experience a Plus Well organized, Strong Communication Skills, and eager to Learn and Grow Able to multitask, work well under pressure, and has attention to detail Excellent phone skills
